After years of planning, we decided to start fresh. Modern luxury homes today need high ceilings, open layouts, and a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces — so we made the bold choice to demolish the original structure and rebuild it from the ground up.

Our goal was to blend modern comfort with timeless Cape Cod character. The new home now features high ceilings on every floor — even the basement — and three fireplaces that bring warmth and harmony throughout the space. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, ensuring privacy and convenience for everyone.
Outside, the old pool was replaced with a new modern design featuring a pergola and stone fireplace, creating a beautiful space for gatherings and relaxation. We also redesigned the driveway for symmetry and presence, allowing the home to be seen in all its beauty rather than hidden behind the trees.

The kitchen became the true heart of the home. We designed it with white oak cabinets from our Luxury Line, paired with leathered granite countertops — a combination that feels warm, elegant, and enduring. The natural textures and clean lines make the space inviting and timeless.
For the mudroom, laundry, and closets, we used our Budget Line cabinetry to balance cost-efficiency with functionality. By investing in high-end finishes in the most-used areas and smart solutions elsewhere, we created a home that feels elevated and cohesive throughout.
